The Luxwood helical screw pile was designed in replacement of a concrete foundation in which buildings are built on. Our screw piles have been found to be a far cheaper alternative than concrete foundations and are easier to place. Each of our screw piles can with stand 100kN of down force which is the equivalent of 10t.

The heart and soul of Luxwood as a whole, our wall panel is what sets us apart as an innovative building method. The panel system works similar to lego  where panels are placed vertically and inter-lock with one another. It is designed so anyone can build their own home and is vastly quicker than traditional building methods. Our panel system also allows our houses to be extremely thermal efficient against harsh environments. 

Designed to combat Australian bush fires, our fire rated cladding boasts a 5-hour fire rating. This cladding allows our buildings to basically be "fireproof". 

Common on our transportable buildings, our lightweight cladding system is a quick way in cladding our buildings through its pre-painted finish and ease of placement on buildings. 

For a quality finished home, our POLEX board is used across our floors and walls. 

Used in all our transportable buildings our internal sheets are ideal for transportation of buildings. This is as they have greater structural integrity and do not crack like plasterboard sheets. Their pre-painted finish allows for time-efficient construction.
