This 11m x 3.7m Granny Flat is designed for short to long-term accommodation solutions. With a divided living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom this unit meets all the necessities for comfortable living. 

Similar to the 6m x 3m site office, the 12m x 3m site office provides a solution for larger scale activities with transportable units such as larger office spaces, portable kitchen units. 

The 12m x 3m modulated buildings allows for a limitless sized length of build 12 metres wide. These buildings are commonly used for portable classrooms and kitchens/dining rooms.
